Shipping Info

***Shipping is on winter break right now! Items purchased after December 12, 2023 will ship out on January 4, 2024.*** Purchased items usually arrive between 7-10 business days. All of our shipping is done through UPS or USPS.

Items purchased via pre-order or "Merch Drop" will ship once manufactured. This is typically within 3-4 weeks. See the individual items product detail page for specific timing.

Matriarchy Build is not responsible for any lost shipments or damaged items that are not insured. While we do not provide insurance, if you would like to request it we're happy to provide additional information. Please contact us at: info@matriarchybuild.com

We currently only ship within the USA.

 

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Matriarchy Build! We hope you want to keep your purchase forever, but if you change your mind we accept returns within 14 days of the original shipping date.

To return an item, please email: info@matriarchybuild.com and we will confirm if it meets the requirements of our approval process.

Items must be returned in original new and unused condition with no damage to the original manufacturer's packaging. When shipping back, pack the item so it remains undamaged and insure the package for the full amount. We are not responsible for lost packages and unfortunately will not issue the refund if this occurs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order.
